One of the little things I miss is being able to check the integrety of a file in a single command. There is very little more annoying than finding out after hours of trying to install a large application that the reason its failing is not due to some software incompatibility but just a faulty download.

Well thinking that it should be available I went looking and found a dos app that allows you to drag your files onto the executable to md5 them. You can get the app at http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/md5sums/
